About the Role

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at our Estrella office. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate patients on treatment options and provide clear guidance on their care.
  • Gather, review, and verify patient information to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with patients and their families.
  • Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven ability to resolve patient concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to patient-centric care.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
