Job Overview

Omni Inclusive is seeking a Cloud Architecture Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, flexible, and supportable technical systems that drive business value in support of Regulatory Strategy and Intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, cloud infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. They will be able to partner with Product teams, Client Technology Services, and other architects to develop architecture artifacts and lead technical conversations. The successful candidate will also be able to articulate business requirements, direction, and initiatives, and provide actionable AI-based solutions to complex business challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, flexible, and supportable technical systems that drive business value in support of Regulatory Strategy and Intelligence.
  • Partner with Product teams, Client Technology Services, and other architects to develop architecture artifacts.
  • Lead technical conversations and workshops to remove ambiguity, drive consensus, and reach decisions across stakeholders.
  • Articulate business requirements, direction, and initiatives, and provide actionable AI-based solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Ensure Product roadmaps align to Regulatory strategy, established architectural principles and patterns, and enterprise ALM/TLM requirements.
  • Capture architecture and design information and decisions using Client-standard tools.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in pharmaceutical development. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience working with structured RDBMS and content management platforms, and architecting regulated systems (GxP, HPIAA, GDPR, etc.). A deep understanding of computer, networking, storage, database, and AWS machine learning services, as well as AWS deployment and management services, is also essential.

Skills Required
  • Deep Learning: Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools for developing generative AI models.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Understanding of large language models (LLMs), their training, and fine-tuning.
  • Machine Learning & Data Science: Knowledge of model training, evaluation, and optimization techniques.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scaling and deploying AI solutions.
  • Programming: Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or similar languages used for AI development.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex business challenges and provide actionable AI-based solutions.

Estimated Salary Range
$180,000 - $250,000 per year based on location and experience.
