Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at The UPS Store #7297. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing packages for courier shipment, and operating various equipment and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to all retail customers
  • Process packages for courier shipment and operate copiers, fax machines, and other equipment
  • Advise customers on products and services, and provide best-value options
  • Take ownership of customer shipping needs and offer viable solutions
  • Learn and operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Retail/customer service experience
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Able to cross-sell and up-sell products and services
  • Excellent packing skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Outstanding phone skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prompt, reliable, and responsible
  • Able to lift 40+ pounds
