About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our team at SS&C Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the initiation, requirements, design, testing, and conversion/implementation phases of projects to develop, modify, or implement effective information systems solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client interviews to research, analyze, and produce accurate and thorough project documentation and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of SS&C products, business processes, and development life cycle for which you are assigned.
  • Research and collect material information required for analysis of moderately complex issues and assist in the facilitation of resolutions.
  • Provide daily support for more than 20 Desktop Applications used in SS&C Business Processing Outsourcing organization (BPO).
  • Maintain communication between BPO and remote clients, as well as between BPO Data Centers & Network Services and all clients.
  • Test and implement new products, application version upgrades, and PC operating system upgrades.
  • Assist Corporate Support Staff with projects, process setup & modification for SS&C BPO clients, and remote clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience, or high school degree and 6 years of related experience.
  • Workflow experience and business knowledge in the Financial Industry, specifically in Alternate Investments, Retail Investments, and Retirement Investments.
  • Analytical, strong organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with end users of software (internal to SS&C and external).
