Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to all aspects of our properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our residents and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent costly repairs.
  • Assist with inventory management and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a commercial or multifamily setting.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems and practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, as needed.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
