Job Opportunity:

Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team in Fargo, ND. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and specialty care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and families
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of North Dakota (if NP) or current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of North Dakota
• Current certification in CPR and NRP Certification
• National certification in applicable area
