Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Architect to join our team at Novisync Inc. As a key member of our data team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable data warehouse solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data warehouse architectures for enterprise data warehouse applications.
  • Develop ETL processes using dimensional modeling for ROLAP and MOLAP.
  • Design and develop ETL technical architecture.
  • Develop BI load dependency plans, job scheduling, and cycle management.
  • Develop end-to-end data warehouse ETL routines.
  • Use SQL in advanced analytical functions.
  • Write complex PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, cursors, triggers, views, and materialized views.
  • Develop enterprise data warehouse test plans, test scripts, and execute tests in different environments.
  • Develop optimal approaches for obtaining data from diverse source system platforms and moving it to the enterprise data warehouse.
  • Develop logical and physical data models for enterprise data warehouse and applications.
  • Develop and configure interactive dashboards with drill-down capabilities, links/images, HTML objects, and folders.
  • Use time-series functions to support historical time comparison analysis.
  • Develop calculated measures and assigned aggregation levels based on dimension hierarchies.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the housing and financial sector, especially around accounting, bonds, mortgages, underwriting, loans origination, and servicing.
  • Experience around grants, tax credits, property/buildings asset management, and compliance reporting.
