Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and sanitation
• Engage residents in activities and conversations, promoting social interaction and emotional well-being
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Language Ability

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
