Role Summary:

The Sales and Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately received, stored, and distributed. This position is essential for delivering outstanding customer service while possessing a strong understanding of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Utilize computer systems and RF technology to manage sales orders and inventory.
  • Interpret customer orders and work orders to determine items for picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Transport materials from receiving or storage areas to designated locations.
  • Organize and place materials on shelves or in bins according to established protocols.
  • Assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Capability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist as needed.
  • Willingness to work on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders for material retrieval.

Preferred Skills:

  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Time management proficiency.
