We are seeking an experienced School Psychologist to join our team at Soliant Education. As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the mental health and academic success of students in Bulls Gap, TN.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' educational and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address students' behavioral, emotional, and academic challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective strategies to support student learning and well-being.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing emotional, behavioral, and academic issues.
  • Assist in the development and review of individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support for students experiencing acute psychological distress.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for school staff on mental health topics and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and student progress.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Tennessee School Psychologist license or certification.
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Ability to conduct psychological assessments and provide evidence-based interventions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing records and documentation.
