Job Summary:

The Janitorial Services role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess prior cleaning experience and be familiar with stringent health and safety protocols. Experience in food production or similar settings is advantageous. Candidates should be physically capable of performing tasks that require standing, kneeling, and other movements for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Maintain floors through vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Empty and sanitize waste receptacles, ensuring cleanliness.
  • Inspect all areas to meet cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain a cleaning schedule based on facility needs.
  • Keep track of sanitation schedules and suggest improvements.
  • Manage cleaning supplies inventory and report needs.
  • Perform light exterior maintenance as required.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance.
  • Familiarity with various cleaning equipment and materials.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check.

Education:

High School diploma or GED is required.
