Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Control Performance: You will be responsible for performing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) user access controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Access Validations: You will perform monthly and semi-annual access validations on SOX and non-SOX business applications to ensure that access is properly managed and controlled.
  • Access Provisioning: You will be responsible for performing access provisioning activities for a wide variety of business applications essential to company operations.
  • Task Management: You will make updates to the Access Management Team Backlog task tracking tool (ADO) and attend daily progress SCRUM meetings to provide updates on tasks.
  • Documentation and Evidence Management: You will store and record evidence on SharePoint, Share drives, and to central evidence storage systems, and present the user access review process showing evidence in formal live audits with internal and outside auditors.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with access management and provisioning tools
