This pivotal role involves being part of the leadership team for KWCP, which encompasses nine locations across DC, Maryland, and Virginia, housing nearly 1,000 licensed real estate professionals.

The ideal candidate will focus on driving substantial growth in the number of licensed agents, overseeing the leadership team within the Market Center, and fostering strong consultative relationships with top-performing agents.

The successful Team Leader will excel in articulating a compelling vision and guiding their team towards achieving significant milestones on the path to success.

We seek an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills who can inspire and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

This role offers a compensation structure that is partially commission-based, with earnings varying based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic efforts to attract high-performing and high-potential real estate agents to the office.
  • Oversee the recruitment, leadership, and development of staff, ensuring adherence to KWCP's high-performance standards.
  • Manage and enhance the financial performance of the office, making necessary adjustments to key financial indicators to maximize profitability.
  • Provide business development and financial management consulting to top agents, facilitating significant growth in their personal production and performance.
  • Foster a robust learning environment, ensuring agents have access to premier training and educational resources.
  • Maintain a positive and empowering workplace that challenges associates to reach their potential while nurturing a caring, people-first atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated high-level growth and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is preferred.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and recruit effectively.
  • Excellent verbal leadership and communication skills.
  • A background in real estate sales is preferred, but candidates with a proven track record in other fields who possess exceptional leadership skills will also be considered.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a team setting as well as work independently.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
