Job Title: Retail Merchandising Specialist

The Retail Merchandising Specialist role at Hallmark US Springboard involves working as a key player in creating and maintaining visually appealing product displays within assigned retail stores. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase our products effectively, ensuring they meet the desired standards of appearance and organization.

As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you'll work independently to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and collaborate with local store teams to achieve this goal. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to establish strong relationships with retailers.

We're offering a competitive salary ranging from $13.00 to $14.00 per hour, depending on your shift and location. As a part-time employee, you can expect to work between 7-10 hours per week, with variable schedules during the workweek. You'll also have opportunities to participate in seasonal resets, installations, and other projects as needed.

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess basic qualifications, including being at least 18 years old, able to read, write, and understand English, and having access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to assigned locations. You should also be comfortable using hand-held technology and have basic computer skills.
