Senior Lash Artist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Lash Artist to join our team. As a Senior Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lash and brow services to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and success of our business.

• Provide high-quality lash and brow services to clients, including lash application, tinting, and brow shaping.
• Upsell products and services to clients, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Check clients in and out, and engage with them to ensure a positive experience.
• Sanitize and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to industry standards.
• Perform additional duties as required, including training and mentoring junior team members.

• Current cosmetology or esthetician license.
• Experience with lash application and brow services.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings, as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

$30.00 per hour.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate, plus bonuses and commissions for meeting sales targets.
