We are currently in search of a Mortgage Loan Specialist to enhance our team.

This role involves assisting members with their loan applications; the specialist will gather necessary documentation and meticulously review the mortgage file for completeness and adherence to regulatory standards before submitting it for underwriting approval.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Associate's Degree preferred or completion of a specialized training program at a business or trade institution
  • Familiarity with Agency, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae underwriting guidelines is essential
  • Some coursework in mortgage, finance, or business is advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and diplomacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and FICS LP is preferred
  • Accurate typing skills with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute
