We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Care Supervisor to join our team at Stratton Mountain Resort. As a Child Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our child care facility, ensuring the development and safety of our young guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive and engaging environment for children and staff
  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets state and federal regulations
  • Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling and reservations
  • Collaborate with the Child Care Manager to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education required
  • Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years experience as a Teacher Associate or Supervisor in a licensed child care program
  • 1-2 years supervision and staff management experience
