About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Concourse Dental Care. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and compassionate dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and education.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their unique needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies, participating in ongoing education and training.

Requirements
  • A current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Any years of clinical experience.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
