Electromechanical Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Inspector to join our team at Verify, Inc. in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. As an Electromechanical Inspector, you will be responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections on circuit card assemblies, cable harnesses, connectors, manufactured parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies.

• Travel to various supplier facilities to perform inspections
• Inspect parts to engineering drawings, customer purchase orders, industry standards, and specifications
• Report inspection results directly to the customer via web application

• Practical experience performing in-process and final inspections on circuit card assemblies, cable harnesses, connectors, machined parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Purchase Orders
• Experience using mechanical inspection tools, such as micrometers and calipers
• Knowledge of standards J-STD and IPC-A-610, and experience performing First Article Inspections (FAIs) in accordance to the AS9102 standard
• Current IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification or working knowledge
• Minimum 10 years experience performing inspections in aerospace or military/defense manufacturing
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Citizenship compliance - U.S. Person
