Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Clerk Representative to join our team at IST Management. As an Office Clerk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling mail and copy tasks, and supporting our clients in the Philadelphia and Delaware Valley area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mailing, copy, and fax equipment, and provide reception backup
  • Handle mail, copy, and legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide high levels of customer care and a friendly, cooperative attitude
  • Pick up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs, and faxes to customers
  • Participate in cross-training and be available to receive calls in the morning from dispatch assigning shifts for the day
Requirements
  • Customer service related experience is a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
