About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis Services team as a Per Diem Dialysis Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our dialysis services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting, including assessing, diagnosing, and implementing complete care plans.
  • Supervise Dialysis Technicians and ensure they deliver optimal dialysis care.
  • Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate care and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical outcomes and multitasking to meet the needs of the service, patients, and SNF partners.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 12 months' of RN experience.
  • Previous Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis, and/or Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nursing experience.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
