About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with expertise in curriculum development and instructional design to support our e-learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum frameworks for various training programs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate and informative content
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze curricula to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with instructors to ensure seamless integration of e-learning content into training programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
  • Expertise in e-learning authoring tools and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

What We Offer:
