Job Summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Asset Protection Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Protection department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset protection strategies to prevent loss and ensure the safety and security of our customers, associates, and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset protection programs to prevent loss and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage a team of asset protection associates to investigate and resolve incidents, and to provide training and guidance on asset protection procedures.
  • Collaborate with regional and store management to develop and implement asset protection strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify and address potential loss and security risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration on asset protection matters.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of retail loss prevention experience, including district/regional management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing asset protection strategies that drive results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset protection software, including XBR, Navistor, Wyzagwa, and LPMS.
