Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Server to join our team at True Connection Communities-Arbour Square. As a key member of our dining operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident and guest experiences in our community restaurants and room delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Daily Operations
    • Oversee the daily operation of all community restaurants and room delivery operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Ensure Timely Meal Delivery
    • Ensure that meals are delivered to resident units in a timely and proper manner, meeting the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Lead Training and Development
    • Lead the training of new service team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Manage Schedules and Budgets
    • Assist in producing weekly schedules with budgetary guidelines for service leaders, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.
  • Oversee Resident Meal Requests
    • Maintain accurate records of resident meal requests and forward these requests to the Director of Culinary, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Support Sales and Marketing Efforts
    • Support sales and marketing efforts by providing exceptional service and promoting our community's dining experiences.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds, with a willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
