Job Summary:
Physician Empire is seeking a highly skilled Physician / Psychiatrist to join our team at an inpatient treatment facility located in southcentral Michigan. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide individualized treatment to adolescents and adults with psychiatric and/or substance abuse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead admission evaluations and treatment team meetings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide daily care to patients assigned, including medication management and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in administrative duties related to patient care
Requirements:
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Current licensure in Michigan
- Experience in inpatient treatment settings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
