Traveling Rehabilitation Therapist

This Traveling Rehabilitation Therapist role will involve traveling to see patients onsite and in the community of our Everett and Redmond sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for physical therapy evaluations and development of care plans in accordance with PACE policies. This role is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and requires communication and coordination with team members, outside providers, caregivers, and family members.
Key Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required within 30 days of hire. National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association must be obtained within 30 days of hire. A Washington Physical Therapist License or California Physical Therapist License is required upon hire if practicing within these states. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or D.P.T. Physical Therapy and one year of experience working with a geriatric population. The estimated salary for this position is $ $93,400 - $126,000 per year.
