Job Summary:

The Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing at The University of Texas at Dallas seeks a clinical instructional faculty member in Audiology. This position requires eligibility for licensure as an audiologist in the state of Texas, certification by either the American Board of Audiology (ABAC) or the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (CCC-A), and the ability to provide clinical supervision. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate level courses within their discipline, provide clinical instruction, and advise AuD students.

Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Audiology
Provide clinical instruction and supervision
Advise AuD students
Participate in departmental and university service

Qualifications:

Clinical doctorate in Audiology
Eligibility for licensure as an audiologist in the state of Texas
Certification by either the American Board of Audiology (ABAC) or the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (CCC-A)
Experience in clinical supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

Doctoral degree in Communication Sciences or a related field
Experience teaching a variety of core, advanced, and elective undergraduate courses
Experience supervising AuD practicum students
