Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide - Home Care

PruittHealth is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Obtain vital signs and report any changes in patient condition
  • Follow procedures for handling medical emergencies or other incidents that affect the delivery of services
  • Report patient progress and problems to supervisory personnel
Requirements:
  • Certificate of completion of state recognized Home Care Aide training program and supervised clinical practice
  • One (1) year of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
  • Current registration in State Nurse Aide Registry as a Certified Nurse Aide
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid drivers license and automobile liability insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Personal Care Services experience is desirable
