Job Summary

Soliant Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Therapy Sessions: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address clients' needs.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Education and Support: Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding therapy goals and techniques.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and holistic care.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech-language therapy techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
