We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Construction Management Interns/Co-ops for the Spring and Summer 2025 semesters. As a Construction Management Intern/Co-op, you will have the opportunity to work on multi-million dollar construction projects, assisting Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Estimators with various phases of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction operations, including sub-contractor bid solicitations, sub-contractor financial reference checks, creation of Sub-contractor bid books, RFI/change order creation, updating schedules, obtaining material/service quotes, and other general project administration tasks.
- Assist with pre-construction operations, including quantity take-offs, sub-contractor bid solicitations, project scheduling, researching permit procedures depending on project location, supplier bid solicitations, and other general project administration tasks.
Bachelor's Degree in progress (Construction Management/Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering Technology required)
