Dispute Management

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in applicable legal statutes and construction law.
  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law institution and admission to the California State Bar.
  • A minimum of ten years of legal practice with significant litigation experience.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple initiatives and work autonomously.
