Pentair Management Company is seeking a skilled Assembly Production Specialist to join our team in Roseville, MN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling industry-leading gas-powered transfer pumps per bill of material, testing the assembly to documented specifications, and properly packaging the product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble gas engine pumps using hand tools, power tools, blueprints, and other equipment
  • Test assembled products to ensure they meet documented specifications
  • Properly package and prepare products for shipment
  • Work collaboratively with a team in a cell-based assembly process
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
