Repair Technician Job Description

As a Repair Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our instruments, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert repair and maintenance services on customer-owned instruments
  • Assist in maintaining store inventory and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Guitar Center products and services
  • Train and educate customers on the proper care and maintenance of their instruments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of guitar repair and maintenance techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of Guitar Center products and services
