General Manager/COO Position Overview

The General Manager/Chief Operating Officer (GM/COO) plays a vital role in leading our team and driving our strategic initiatives forward. As the chief executive officer of the club, the GM/COO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including finance, marketing, membership, and facilities management. This position requires a seasoned leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading private clubs or similar hospitality environments, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional member experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
