Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate framing layout according to plans and instructions provided.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and instructions.
  • Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Rough framing of walls, ceilings, flooring, and roofs.
  • Perform finish carpentry tasks, including hanging crown moldings, installing window/door casings, and baseboards.
  • Install fixtures and hardware, cabinets, and other necessary components.
  • Shore erection, repair/replacement of patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances, and necessary demolition.
  • May also include painting tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and secure job site.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Carpenter or similar role, with a track record of successfully completing construction projects.
  • Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and necessary tools.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Paid Time Off.
