About Us:
Discovery Isle Preschool is part of Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division, which encompasses nearly 150 schools across the nation. We offer a range of services from infant care to Pre-K/K programs, along with summer camps and after-school activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging lesson plans that align with our literacy-based curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that balances learning and play.
- Collaborate with colleagues, school administration, families, and the broader community to enhance educational experiences.
Employment Status:
Full-Time
Work Schedule:
Year-Round (12 months), Monday - Friday
Compensation:
$21.00/hr (Dependent on Experience)

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Compliance with all company and state-specific standards, maintaining required credentials.
- Fulfillment of state-specific educational requirements.
Educational Requirements:
- 12 Units in Early Childhood Education or
- High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience with children.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, squatting, and other physical activities. The ability to lift, carry, and perform fine motor tasks is essential. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
