In this rewarding position, you will provide specialized care to neonates in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) or other settings. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, monitor, and manage neonates' health status, administering medications and treatments as prescribed. You will also collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates and their families.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and adaptability skills, as well as strong technical knowledge of neonatal care. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are eager to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized nursing care to newborns in NICUs or other settings
  • Assess neonates' health status, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates and their families
  • Perform neonatal assessments, including developmental screenings and feeding evaluations, to ensure optimal growth and development
  • Educate parents on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and neonatal health issues for a smooth transition to home care

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license
  • BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
  • Two years of recent Neonatal RN experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
