**Banking Center Director**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking Center Director to lead our team at Peoples Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong community relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

• Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
• Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local businesses, community groups, and organizations to promote the bank's products and services.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support, meeting their financial needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of banking professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the banking center, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Security and Risk Management: Ensure the security and integrity of bank assets, including cash, property, and customer information.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understand and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the SAFE Act.

• Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience: Two years of leadership experience and community development or sales experience.
• Skills: Strong business development, leadership, and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
