Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

This supervisory position requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for inspecting guest rooms, responding to guest requests, and working closely with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of housekeepers, ensuring they meet their responsibilities and deliver high-quality results.
* Conduct regular room inspections to ensure they meet Marriott's standards of cleanliness and quality.
* Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, working closely with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:
* 1 year of related work experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
* Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces.
