About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated associate to join our estate planning group. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in basic estate planning concepts and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

As an estate planning associate, you will be responsible for drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and asset transfer documents. You will work closely with our team of partners, associates, and paralegals to provide exceptional service to our clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing with the California State Bar. You should also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and asset transfer documents
  • Working closely with the estate planning team to provide exceptional service to clients
  • Assisting with complex planning tools and concepts
