We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit at Methodist Hospital Northeast. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals who require a higher level of monitoring and treatment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program
  • Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
