Job Summary

Bonita Springs Utilities Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Distribution/Collections Department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an inventory control method, managing parts inventory, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain an inventory control system to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all supplies distributed
  • Confer with department supervisors to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Communicate and correspond with private vendors to negotiate pricing and resolve issues
  • Receive and distribute incoming shipments, and deliver parts and equipment to jobsites as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • One (1) year experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • Forklift Operator Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with electronic inventory products/software/databases
  • Ability to operate a computer and related software programs
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
