Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of user experience best practices and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • User-focus with the ability to push back and advocate for user needs.
  • Solid business acumen through conducting user research in a commercial setting.
  • Experience with generative, innovation-focused, and open-ended research exploration, evaluative research, survey design, and basic knowledge of statistics.
