Job Title: Game Night Promotions Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

The Game Night Promotions Coordinator is a key role in ensuring a fun and engaging experience for guests at all Hartford Wolf Pack games. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for promoting the Wolf Pack brand and fostering a positive relationship with fans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities to grow the Wolf Pack fan base.
  • Engage with prospective and current Wolf Pack fans in a professional and positive manner through various promotions, events, and marketing efforts.
  • Distribute promotional materials to increase awareness, interest, and fan support for the Wolf Pack.
  • Assist in generating brand awareness for the Wolf Pack at local events and activities.
  • Provide operational support for promotional materials, including set-up and tear-down.
  • Work on Game Nights/Days to assist with various responsibilities, including set-up, promotions, and game execution.

**Requirements:**

  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a thorough understanding of written and spoken English.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time and traverse various terrain and floor surfaces.
  • The ability to work in heights, in darkened areas, around crowds, loud noise, and flashing lights.
  • The ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced environments and stressful situations.
  • The ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
