The Director will play a vital role in shaping the future of our library and contributing to the development of a vibrant and engaged community. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality programs and services
- Managing day-to-day operations, including personnel, facilities, and collections
- Coordinating outreach efforts to promote library resources and activities
- Collaborating with local schools and community groups to support literacy and educational initiatives
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to patron inquiries
A minimum of 37.5 hours per week is required for this position. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the Board and staff to achieve our goals and objectives.
