We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Category Supplier Manager to join our Global Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies that drive cost savings, improve supply chain resilience, and enhance sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute category strategies that align with business objectives
  • Conduct market intelligence and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Lead and partner with suppliers to negotiate contracts and drive cost savings
  • Manage and analyze data to measure category performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with professional certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g. CPM, CPSM) desirable
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in advanced packaging processes and capital procurement
  • Experience in a category management role, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industry
  • Demonstrate experience in strategic sourcing
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
