We are looking for a highly experienced Driver-Crewmember Landscape Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and safety of outdoor spaces through lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, and landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and backhoes safely and effectively.
  • Carry out specific landscape maintenance functions, with an emphasis on spraying weed control and other chemical applications requiring licensure.
  • Store, transport, mix, and apply chemicals in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Follow installation instructions and plans with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
  • Assist in loading and unloading equipment, tools, and supplies on trucks.
  • Comply with the equipment preventative maintenance program and thoroughly clean used equipment daily.
  • Perform all job-related tasks safely and efficiently, using company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in keeping job sites, vehicles, trailers, warehouses, and offices safe, clean, and organized.
  • Inform supervisors of problem areas, equipment issues, or accidents.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Work towards quality and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Participate in training programs as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to read architectural drawings.
  • Able to work alone safely and display quality and thoroughness in work product.
  • Ability to teach and train new laborers.
  • Able to follow plans shown on property maps.
  • Dependable, with consistent arrival times and commitment to required hours for job completion.
  • Organized, hardworking, safety-conscious, punctual, leads by example, self-motivated, honest, and customer service-driven.
  • Effectively communicates with others, able to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Accountable, demonstrating dependability in attendance and timeliness, and carefully following directions and instructions.

Estimated Salary:$45,000-$65,000 per year
