Merits Health Products is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality functions and ensure procedure adherence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 recent years of Quality experience in a leadership role for a manufacturing or distribution organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the organization's quality functions and ensure procedure adherence.
- Ensure that all products and processes consistently meet company and regulatory standards.
- Identify and ensure non-conformities are root caused, communicated, and corrected.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and other research for quality projects and identify and recommend paths to improvement.
- Implement audits throughout the supply chain, ensuring quality standards, safety and legal requirements, and company policies and specifications are met.
- Conducts or assists with performance and failure analysis of defective products or materials; identifies, recommends, or executes corrective actions.
- 5+ years of Quality experience in a leadership role for a manufacturing or distribution organization.
- Experience with FDA and/or ISO is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills in order to review systems, find flaws, and pose solutions and improvements.
- Recent experience and skills with ERP systems (such as Epicor, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong proficiencies with MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Ability to lead, motivate, manage, and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid US Driver's license in good standing and must maintain throughout employment.
