Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce medical errors
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address quality gaps and areas for improvement
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of patient care and identify opportunities for quality improvement
  • Develop and implement education programs for staff to enhance knowledge and skills in quality improvement
  • Participate in peer review and quality improvement activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida
  • Minimum three years of hospital nursing experience, preferably in pediatric surgery
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including the pediatric ICU and surgical units.
