About the Position

Green Thumb Industries INC is seeking a highly skilled Techincal Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading daily maintenance activities, mentoring and training new employees, and developing and implementing retraining plans to ensure adherence to productivity and quality goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general construction/carpentry. You will be responsible for performing routine filter cleaning and replacement activities on HVAC units and other equipment throughout the facility, as well as maintaining inventory of repair equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily maintenance activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.
  • Mentor and train new employees on safety protocols, equipment operation, and facility procedures.
  • Develop and implement retraining plans to improve employee performance and quality.
  • Perform routine filter cleaning and replacement activities on HVAC units and other equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
  • Create a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Safety & Compliance: The Technical Lead is responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP, biosecurity, sanitation, or other quality and compliance requirements. This includes maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper use of PPE, and reporting any quality concerns to management.

Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; associates degree or certifications preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in maintenance or similar position preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general construction/carpentry.
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
